End To End, Inc. is a certified ISO 9001:2000 multi-discipline enterprise that operates primarily within the Government Services Sector. The Company incorporated in Virginia in December 1990 as an engineering services company and became a contract manufacturer of electronic systems, cables and wired harness assemblies in 1994. In June of 1999, End To End acquired Professional and Technical Services, Inc., added Federal staffing services to the Company’s offerings. End To End is a graduate of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program, a former participant of DOD’s Mentor Protégé Program, and is currently certified by the SBA as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
